There were 5,528 Indianapolis houses for sale in January, 2.4 percent fewer, compared to the previous month's total of 5,662. More importantly, this represents a 17-percent decrease versus January's total of 6,660. Many buyers have credit challenges. We offer in house credit clean up services. While we don’t charge fees for this service, some situations may require an outside company to assist. They do this for a nominal fee.

As we go through the process of negotiations, inspections, financing and closing, we stay with our customers after they have moved in. Should questions or concerns arise we remain a source of trusted real estate service. We are there for you!

Privacy:  Unless you buy a condominium you have a more than a wall separating you from your neighbor. That means you can hammer a nail, have a party, or even watch a movie without bothering the people around you. 

Tax Advantages:  Did you know all of the interest you pay is a tax deduction?  You could pay the same amount for your own home as you would for an apartment or rental home.  The property tax is also deductable!  These are the largest deductions people with homes enjoy!  Ask me what other financial benefits you might be eligible for.
